Refund Policy

 🛍️ FREE RETURN FOR ALEXOO CREDIT  (credit with no expiration)

You can make a return within 30 days.& 

If you choose to receive the Alexoo Credit, the return is free.
The credit will include the amount of the returned product + any shipping costs paid for the outbound shipment.

How to proceed:

The credit will be issued within 10 days of receiving the return. Remember that the credit has no expiration date and the entire amount of the order (including shipping costs) will be credited.

 

EXCHANGE?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, but by returning for a refund with "Alexoo Credit," you will be able to reorder the desired product as soon as you receive the credit, and the entire process will be 100% free. (you will not pay shipping costs twice)

If you urgently need to receive the new product, the only solution is to place a new order, pay for it, and return the first one for a Credit Alexoo free of charge.

"This way, in addition to receiving the new product quickly, you will avoid the unpleasant inconvenience of not finding your size that was previously available".

 

 

RETURN FOR REFUND via card, paypal, bank transfer (at your own care and expense)

Returning a product for a monetary refund is very simple — just contact us by email at: servizioclienti@alexoo.it

Remember that the return shipping is at your expense and responsibility; you can send it at your discretion via post or courier.

NB: if you request a return for Alexoo Credit, you will no longer be able to convert the credit into a monetary refund

 

 

FURTHER INFO ON RETURNS

We remind you that products  must be returned in their original packaging and that the packaging must be the same as that received or of equal strength and that  preserves the integrity of the products and their packaging.

It is therefore strictly prohibited to attach adhesive tape to the original packaging of the products,  the products must be returned in excellent condition, we do not accept used products or those with obvious signs of wear.

Returns that do not comply with these rules will be considered invalid and will therefore be rejected back to the sender.

NB: new orders paid with Alexoo credit cannot be converted into a monetary refund, they can instead be returned for credit and for a maximum of 4 times in a row.
